Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We must receive your request 7 days before your requested delivery date and a cancellation fee of $35 will apply. Orders that are in transit may not be cancelled. To cancel an order, you can either send us an email to info@FlowersFromCalifornia.com with the subject heading CANCEL ORDER # (include your order number) in the body of the email include what you want to cancel or call us at 1(800) 276-7959. We will need to speak with the person who placed the order over the phone in order to confirm cancellation. 

All cancellation refunds will be processed on the same credit card used for your order.


Order Changes

If you need to make changes your flower order, please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 7 days prior to scheduled delivery date. We may be unable to make changes to an order without sufficient notice. If you need to change the delivery address on an order, please note that there is a $10 fee and that the address change is not guaranteed.

Pricing Changes

Please note that pricing on flowers is very seasonal and can fluctuate greatly, especially around major holidays. We reserve the right to make changes to pricing at any time.


Complaints & Claims

If you are not satisfied with your flowers, please call us immediately after opening your boxes at 1(800) 276-7959 AND email us at info@FlowersFromCalifornia.com with images of the flowers in your order. All complaints and claims must be accompanied with digital pictures showing all the flowers. As flowers are a perishable product, these images must be received the same day that you receive the product. Flowers must also be shipped back to us within 1 day of receipt. We do not guarantee shades of color tone matches as flowers are a natural product and may vary in shade from season to season.

It is the customer's responsibility to adequately care for the flowers. As a courtesy, each product page provides information on flower care but customers must be knowledgeable on how to care for flowers.

We recommend that the recipient arrange to be present at time of delivery. A signature may or may not be required by the shipping company for delivery. If no one is present at the delivery address, the transit company may or may not take the order with him to attempt redelivery at a later time. FlowersFromCalifornia.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, FedEx, OnTrak or DHL delays, delays as a result of inspections, or acts of God. Additional Shipping Charges

There are certain destinations that requires a additional shipping charge. Please note the following list of Additional Shipping Charges:

Saturday Delivery - $15 surcharge. Under certain circumstances, we are able to schedule Saturday Delivery. It is not possible to select Saturday delivery on product calendars. Please call us to schedule; 1(800) 276-7959.

Alaska, Hawaii - $45 and up depending on size and weight of order. Please call us so we can provide you with a shipping estimate; 800-276-7959.

Termination
